I ordered the Eve mattress on June 9, 2020 for an amount of 628.99euros which has still not arrived. You told me that the mattress will be returned to the warehouse and that I will have a 2nd delivery. I don't understand why you made a refund without asking me !!! I don't want a refund! I want the mattress. I need it. I've been waiting for this mattress for almost 3 months. So please make this 2nd delivery. You don't wanna sell it to me or what? It is false advertising. Have you been charging me for months and just paying off like that? You should even do me a gesture of goodwill for the wait and the inconvenience!
Also, I would like a real follow-up and not a new person each time who does not understand my file and who responds sideways each time I write to you!
