There is no way I have found to talk to someone at this company. We have been receiving multiple letters for someone who hasn't lived here for almost 2 years and I have no way of informing the company. Their website's privacy policy and faq section simply doesn't load and it no help at all. The automated phone service gives you 2 options, pay in full or pay in instalments. EDIT: I've received advice to destroy the letters - I believe it is illegal to destroy someone else's mail so no thank you. Please do your due diligence to ensure you are sending them to the correct address as I have been advised by the person in question that they have updated their address with the company when they appealed the fine...
