I was able to call and make an appointment on the first try - no long hold time and they got me in on the day I wanted.
I arrived at 9:15 and was greeted very professionally, and check in was very quick. I asked what time my car would be ready and the tech said at lunch time. (I was quite surprised and didn't really believe him!) Then I had a very enjoyable ride in their shuttle to my office - really nice driver. At 11:45 I received a text saying my car was ready! When I got there, check out was super fast and they washed my car - inside and out!
Great experience.
