While the clothing is of a fair quality, customer service is poor - to try on clothes for my daughter, were made to go to a different floor (and queue for 10 minutes) despite their being a fitting room (with no queue) right next to the school clothes section - what exactly is the problem with a girl trying on clothes in a booth in the pointlessly gender-specific fitting room?
