We agreed on the price for the vehicle and I put a $500.00 deposit own to hold the vehicle until I could get there to purchase it.

When I went purchase the vehicle, I was handed a piece of paper that included an additional $500.00 in the final pricing. I pointed out to the salesman that I had already put $500.00 down and that needed to be deducted from the final price. The excuse he used was that there wasn't a place where a cash deposit could be noted, I pointed out that he was incorrect, that there certainly was a line item for deposits.

He comes back with a new piece of paper for me to sign and the final price is still incorrect, the third time was the charm as I was ready to walk out of the dealership.

When I went to pay for the vehicle, the finance person once again quoted the incorrect final amount for me to pay when he clearly had the pricing sheet on the vehicle right in front of him.

I'm not sure what kind of game Sterling McCall Acura was playing with me, perhaps they were hoping I wouldn't notice that they were overcharging me by $500.00?

I most likely won't go back to them to purchase another vehicle. The sales people were very aggressive (lots of texts and phone calls) and I think, they're shady in their dealings with customers. How does one get the final cost of a vehicle wrong three times and then feign surprise when I called them out on it?
