To make it credible and worthwhile for the reader I would like to mention that I'm a physician - Dr. Adi Malhotra and I'm investing time to put a negative review solely because I don't want others to suffer the experience I had. It happened to me twice within a week !!!!!!!

Like in the past, because of my busy schedule I shopped online for Acura and finalized the deal through Salesperson Chef Ndofor. After 3 days of finalizing the first car Chef told me that the car could not be certified and was not available. Seems like it was sold to someone else

Evidently we agreed upon another car thereafter on last Friday Aug 21. The car was to be delivered to me today Aug 24, but was sold to someone else. Who in the world does that ? All along Chef was texting me pictures of the car since it needed paint job and had me wait. But around 8:30 PM today Mike Powell called me since he felt obliged to relay the news and telling me that his integrity and professionalism should not be challenged. He offered no apologies but surely mentioned the second car market is really HOT.

I guess its been a long day and I need to go to bed to take care of some sick patients and surely I don't shy away from taking care of COVID patients - that is my job and being professional. I would let you be the judge - if Mike Powell and his team behaved professionally, since surely his attitude and message was poorly conveyed and with sense of arrogance !!
