This is a nice hotel but second time staying here ...

This is a nice hotel but second time staying here they charged me no show fees both times! They seem to misunderstand the time zone difference. They will nickel and dime you on everything, from room service fees to extra hotel fees. This place is a waste of money, st Regis, the w and the 12 are all better places hotels.
