I booked into this hotel on the 18th December for 2 days and I was hugely impressed with the courtesy extended to myself and my partner. The food and bathroom facilities took our breath away. The icing on the cake was the readiness and for very little money I was able to keep my car parked in the hotel car park, or one that they have the use of. I recently booked into another 5 star hotel and this one is charging more than double the money to park my car - so I intend to park elsewhere. I shall be writing my views of that hotel on their website. I intend to visit all the best hotels in Porto and write an account for tourists from the UK. Well done Hotel Palacio! I shall be back soon...
