My Boyfriend & our 2 girls (6 & 3months) decided to go some hes never been before. It was about 7:30 when we arrived. The restaurant was pretty empty,plenty of tables yet there was a 30 minute wait.. the hostess was clearly stressed I'm guessing because it was March madness but as I stated before there were PLENTY of empty tables. We finally got seated and a table that was empty the entire time we stood in the waiting area. Got our drinks, got our order taken and sat there for almost an hour. No food, no refill, another guy was floating around asking everyone if they were ok. When we finally got out food. My burger was cold & completely soggy at the bottom. No one brought any silverware for the ribs we ordered. I was completely disappointed I even suggested to eat here & will not be back.
