My wife and I are currently building a new home with Landmark. The area representative, Kartini, she has been there for us in day 1 when we stopped by her show home very first time. She has been enthusiastically helping us through the whole process with all details from the beginning to signing the contract. she always responds gratefully any time when I text or call. I have chosen to work with her even though she is not my community area representative because she is the one and only who eagerly wants to earn our business. We are excited and looking forward to seeing the house built soon. Also Tania from the Ingeva interior studio was fabulous and the best interior designer. She had to come on Sunday (only day we could make) and spent almost 7 hours (we build a walk out with full basement developed! She gave us a lot of advise and she was so patient during the selection, and it turns out the most beautiful house we dream about! IF you plan to build or buy the new home, choose Landmark, they will be there for you!
