Is the second time I ask for help to the BBB with to solve issues with buyers. Thanks to their intervention I got a replacement for a defective machine. Dealing with the seller on my own was not going anywhere and after getting the BBB involved the issue that took me 4 months was solved in 2 weeks to my satisfaction. I highly recommend asking for help to the BBB and avoid wasting your time trying to do it on your own
