Very clean facility and they appear to treat the animals very well. Buttt they seem to make pre-judgments about you and your capability to adopt. I stay in Albuquerque for work but my home is Texas ... the lady in the cat facility told me each pet was ready to be adopted after finding out I resided in another city she then back-doored and said no kittens would be available for me to adopt " because I wasn t close enough if something happened " (as if veterinarians don't exist outside of their facility). It was obvious that she found it weird that my home was in another state but all she had to do was talk to me about her or the manager's concerns and I would have gladly explained more and why Im interested in a pet companion. I also believe I overheard her telling her manager "she looks weird" when talking about me. I thought the goal was to rehome these cats (to good homes) and get them out of the cages you keep them in. Disappointed in my experience here.
