Francisco was super helpful in helping me find my dream GMC Terrain. He listened to all my concerns and made sure they were met. I had a previous experience at another dealership where I was sold by the sales person. I wanted all wheel drive and was told an all terrain car. It was just front wheel. Not here Francisco made sure he used terms I d understand and due to my previous experience elsewhere was even more sensitive to anything I might not be understanding fully.
