Great menu, great raw bar, great bar, good service...

Great menu, great raw bar, great bar, good service; second visit less so. Had the distinct feeling mgmt was placing too much emphasis on personal "bonus", not enough emphasis on their customer service. Staff seemed unable to provide good service. May have just been our waitress. Had to ask for cocktail sauce for a $30 plate of shrimp... Told it wasn't part of the meal.
