I chose Solace Dental because it was in my neighbourhood and had all the services that I was looking for. Plus it was within walking distance!! bonus :) but the real bonus was the service I received as soon as I walked through the door. I was greeted promptly by Veronika and given a tour of the facility (which is full of refreshments, magazines and very nicely decorated.....all about spoiling the client). Then I met Marie France and Dr. Lambert who both walked me through everything they were going to be doing during the appointment, which put me completely at ease, and were super friendly. Very much appreciated since I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and was a bit nervous. Last but certainly not least I sat with Kelly at the end of my visit to go over the billing, blue cross and to get my free little gift!! what a nice touch to make the visit even that much more enjoyable!! Kelly submitted the paperwork and had everything done quickly with a smile. I definitely would recommend Solace Dental to anyone looking for a dentist.
