Two much to write, but rude and unprofesional!

Two much to write, but rude and unprofesional!
Had to go back, second time got different results, and different opinion on weather I could have glasses. And they didn't know how to use a piece of equipment! UNBELIEVABLE!
I should get a refund, because they didn't help me!

We're going to to Costco, they will have an Optometrist soon and the people that we have worked with in the hearing aid department have been great. Patient, polite and caring. Thanks
