I had an awful experience with this company. When we purchased our home last year, our home inspector found a condensate leak in the A/C system. The sellers hired Excel to repair the problem. After we moved in, we found that the leak was still present. We called Excel, whose technician was by far the worst home contractor I've ever dealt with. He spent an hour with the A/C and then tried to convince me that the leak (which was severe) was a normal part of the A/C's operation. After attempting to prove to me that the drainage in the unit was working properly, he finally discovered a cracked drain pan. His solution was to apply a bead of caulk over the crack. Naturally, it failed, and we now need a whole new condenser coil. This problem **should** have been paid for by our home's previous owners. But because of Excel's technician's incompetence, it's now our burden. I have no faith in this company, based on our experience.
