If your a premire elite member this is not the hot...

If your a premire elite member this is not the hotel for you there's no special privileges at check-in. Also they were not able to upgrade room due to an "overwhelming number" of Hotel guests that are staying there. When we arrived early they didn't have a room available so they said that they were going to text us when there was a room. After four hours we decided to go back to the hotel and there was room available but frustrated they didn't let us know earlier. The hotel breakfast is okay but numerous guests were walking around without shoes in breakfast area made it a little unsettling.
