I called in an order over the phone around 9 pm and ordered shrimp and beef fried rice. I asked the lady over the phone if I can have the shrimp put in a different container other than the plastic container and she went on to tell me reasons why I should keep the shrimp in the plastic container even though I said I didn t want it in the plastic because the moisture from the steam would make the fried shrimp sweat inside of the plastic. When I came in to get my order the shrimp was in the plastic container and kind of soggy. I then asked for her to put it in a different container and waited while she did that. I was not able to eat my food right away because I was on my way to my husbands job. We didn t get home from there until almost midnight. When I got home I noticed that they gave me some kind of noodle dish. I ordered beef fried rice. I called in the next day to make a complaint only to have the manager tell me I should have called that night and that unfortunately there is nothing he can do about it. He came across as someone who does not care at all about customer satisfaction and was not very nice over the phone. Needless to say I spent 25 dollars for soggy shrimp and some kind of noodles that didn t look very tasty. As I am a struggling mom of three children I m not able to eat out often but when I do I expect that the place I go to spend my very hard earned money will treat me like I m a valued customer or at least be treated fairly. I work hard for everything I have. Just upset that s all. Thank you for listening to what I had to say and I hope the next person gets treated better.
