I do not know how the service in the physical stores is but the online shopping service is the worst that I used, I asked for a package on Nov. 15 and when they asked me for the payment confirmation I did not receive any response after I communicated with the same person that he sent me the email and does not respond, after that I try to communicate with the number that appears on his website which never worked after using the chat and it turns out that one of the articles I bought did not have it in existence and that would reach On the 21st of the month I had a commitment to the articles that I acquired for a certain time and on the page it did not say that this article did not have it in existence or that they took to wait for days to arrive on the contrary it said that "they had more than 80 in stock" and when I try to communicate again to try to change the package, I simply didn't have an answer, really bad service online shopping definitely do not recommend
