This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with (worse than parking enforcement!!!) - they are rude, treat customers like crap, overcharge for their services, miss appointments (and then blame it on residents - and yes I do keep, and would be happy to share, my call logs showing NO ONE called / left voicemails and have security video showing NO ONE showed up for the last 2 appointments).

Advice to any residents being forced into their service for DirectTV / internet - just get hulu+ and netflix - dealing with these people is not worth the hassle - for the record I do LOVE directtv, but this vendor makes the experience untenable).

Advice for and building owners - DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, unreliable service, infuriating representatives make for UNHAPPY tenants.

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS!!!
