Thanks to Hassan! He was super friendly, understanding, patient, thoughtful and eager to help us. Hassan wasn't pushy in the slightest and didn't pull any classic car-salesman moves on us. We were looking at the new VW Tiguan, and spent a few hours in and around the shop, over the course of a few days wanting to make sure we were making the right chose. We also tried driving the newest Beetle (so cute!). In the end we managed to agree on a fair price, with good warranties. Shout out to Hassan for being a lovely sales man to work with. (No shout out to the sales manager Mark, who was pushy, condensing, and rude. His attitude almost lost us the sale). But thank you to Hassan! You may have a return customer on your hands for that Beetle!

Update: There are problems with our pretty-new car. It has been such a hassle dealing with the warranty team at Southgate. We have tried calling, going in, and emailing them to explain our issues (that should not be happening), and we have received so much sass, and lack of responsibility. We went over sherwood park VW instead, and they handled the situation so much better. We will be only buying/using from Sherwood park from now on, even though it is 4x as far!
