Everything about working with this place has been a nightmare. We ordered ~$10k in materials to build a deck. The wood they delivered was so terrible our contractor couldn t use it. So we had to waste an entire day loading it all up and bringing back, buying more from somewhere else.

We d also had to special order a few things that were to come in a few days later and be delivered. Here we are a week out and while they said they d call when the material came in, what do you know, no call. After calling it turns out the material is there but now we re expected to pick it up.

After talking to several friends it turns out our experience is by no means unique. We are in the middle of several remodeling projects and this business will not get another dime from me. The sheer incompetence in every interaction makes me wonder how they re in business at all.
