I had the opportunity to stop in at Mark's! I was lucky to get David Koller. My daughter and I had several items to be repaired/resized. David was more than patient with us, and took the time to explain every detail to us.
I grew up in the Philadelphia area and could have chosen any jeweler, and now my primary store and sales Rep is David at Mark's. While I now live in GA - I will make my purchases in time I travel back to Philly.
