I don't know why this got so many bad reviews. I ordered something about a week ago and it came pretty quickly. I didn't even choose this carrier..it was the carrier of choice by the company I purchased my item from... I just wanted to check the site out to see when it was coming and I started to get worried because of all the complaints with this company...but I was getting text messages along the whole way showing where my package was. I woke up with a text saying it was in route and then shortly after one saying it was delivered...I wasn't even home to sign for it, it was my Brother. He then messaged me right after saying he got it. Will be ordering again and again..for sure! Thank You!
