This was our first purchase from Herb Chambers Lexus. Everyone was friendly and helpful and left us with a very positive experience. The entire process was easy and our salesman Joe Sullivan was a pleasure to work with, as he was very knowledgeable and capable answering all our questions and concerns regarding the purchase of a pre-owned Lexus RX 350. A Few small details of concern came up in the sale and he quickly took care of them all!

Also, we enjoyed working with Will in the finance department. He worked hard to get us the best rate while all along being very personable. We left feeling very good about our transaction.
