My vehicle went in for a service and came out with scratches to the left hand side of the vehicle. After the admitting it was their responsibility to resolve what was damaged in their store some 6 months later the SMART repair was poor quality (orange peel damage with paint job). I subsequently had to wait a further 4 months until they took the vehicle is to repair the poor job they had undertaken.

The service is not consistent numerous calls left with different staff members and customer service department were never made a priority for store manager to resolve in a given period. Would be interested in knowing their SLA's.
