I have worked with AppraisalTek for almost 14 years. They use great technology to keep you up to date with the status of each order. They always answer the phone to answer any questions I may have on appraisal reports. Their rotation of appraisers are always professional and my clients often say nice things about them after their inspections are complete. We rely on so many people/vendors during each mortgage transaction and I never have to worry about AppraisalTek. They just handle their business efficiently and with integrity.
