I would like to acknowledge Zach Maroushek for doing such a great job! This was the first time I used Genz-Ryan after seeing an ad on TV and receiving a promotional card in the mail. He was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and considerate. He went above and beyond by answering my many questions. He also was able to extend his time at my location to do some maintenance work for the woman who lives below me. I would recommend Zach to anyone and want to let the upper management at Genz-Ryan know what a great representative he is of high quality work, professionalism and customer service! I will continue to have Genz-Ryan do all of my maintenance work from now on!
