Horrible hotel. Broken elevator,leaky ceiling, poor customer service.
This hotel should be ashamed ... Just because you're in Manhattan doesn't mean you don't need to renovate! Over priced for what you get... Locked out of room for 20 minutes and no apologies... Awful!
