I was at Liberty Mazda about a month ago to get my first car in more than ten years! Having been out of the car market for so long, I really needed to work with someone attentive to my needs, questions and concerns without the dreaded pressure of being sold into something I don't want. I am happy to say that I had a great experience with the entire team from the minute I walked in the door!
Jimmy is an honest and genuine sales manager with the customers' best interest at heart. He listened to what I said, answered my many inquiries and provided direct, clear information that helped to simplify my decision-making. After choosing the SUV I wanted, Larry in Sales basically became my partner for the entire buying process and helped me with every single step, going above and beyond to make sure I was driving off the lot that day! He demonstrated and walked through every single piece of information he thought I would need to know and is a true expert in Mazda. He is excellent at what he does and made me feel at home. Finally, I was sent to Fred for the financing/agreement stage, and he was awesome. He is welcoming, funny and transparent, even offering to help me make sure my new insurance plan is the best I can get...
Overall, I was given the VIP treatment at Liberty Mazda, and the entire team makes you feel at ease while doing something that most people stress over. I highly recommend making the trip to Wakefield if you are considering buying/leasing a Mazda. I promise you will leave feeling like you are a part of the family! Thanks to all of the guys who helped me, and I love my new CX-5!
