I can't begin to tell you how horrible this place is.

On my first visit, the customer service rep spelled my name wrong. Refused to give me my scheduled loaner car for almost an hour. Let me make this clear, i'm a 25 year old IT professional. I don't look like a rich old man, there is 100% ageism here and it is insufferable. This dealership, like all Benz dealerships is pretentious, but their service does not match up to their attitudes.

On my second visit, I was assured that my service would take about an hour, I communicated my urgency repeatedly to their people and after waiting 30 minutes, I was forced to call a Lyft driver to take me back to work.

In short, driving a Mercedes is amazing but owning one is horrible.
