If I had written this review two or three years ag...

If I had written this review two or three years ago, I would have given two stars, as we had repeated bad experiences (I'm talking about the Service department; I've never dealt with Sales). However, my local options are limited so instead of driving to Wilson where I bought my F150, we decided to gamble on Capital Ford again. Either we were lucky, or they have worked to improve their customer service. The service rep who dealt directly with us was actually quite helpful. The only negative was that he was directed by management to "offer a discount" to us for something we had already discussed and rejected (because we could get it done for less elsewhere, even after the discount), but once we said "no" a second time, everything proceeded well. I would like to reiterate that the individual we dealt with directly was quite attentive and courteous - which was a major lack when we dealt with them a few years ago.
