I would like to commend Aaron Nieves, the agent for Advance Mortgage LLC. This was my fourth real estate transaction in less than a year. From our very first contact, I was impressed by his professionalism and his extensive VA mortgage knowledge. Even though I was in discussion with another lender, he still provided me with excellent guidance. His patience is remarkable because I was beginning to get very frustrated with the underwriters and he was able to calm me down and we were successful in closing a 30 year VA loan for 2.25%.
