Came by at 10:30am appointment for oil change and Programming my key to my car. The process took 8 hours. My advisor Bobby was amazing and was the only reason I didn't rate a 1. He made sure my service was free. They couldn't figure out why my car would detect the key fob but not lock, he said they can give me a free diagnostic if I come in in 2 weeks. I'll hold him up to it. The car got the wheels rotated and oil changed for free thanks to him so I'm giving it 3 stars for now. Will update score once my car door situation gets sorted out.

July Update: So two weeks later I went back and finally got the powerlocks fixed. As expected they went ahead and gave me the free diagnostic and replaced the power lock system, holding me back around $349 dollars which included the tax, getting the part and the labor. It seems a little overpriced, but looking up the parts it all checked out. That's just the price to pay when you get OEM parts, which is fine. Great service, bumped up a star. Would be a 5/5 if it wasn't for the initial experience with the unreasonable wait time. THIS time around, I was in and out in 2 hours - for a power lock system replacement, that's impressive. Good job crown honda, I'll consider coming back if needed, and most importantly, I can now lock my car remotely :)
