I have lived at a Wooten managed property for the past 10 years. I have recommended Wooten managed properties to family and friends based on my experience with them. I feel that they go above and beyond to make their properties attractive and keep their residents happy. My requests have always been handled in a timely manner and they are always making improvements not only on the exterior but to the interior of the units as well.
