Did not get room key until 5PM when check in is at...

Did not get room key until 5PM when check in is at 4PM. Rooms are outdated and over priced! Disappointed to pay a resort fee and parking fee on top of the overpriced room. Beds are not very comfortable to my standards make back / sides hurt. There are way better properties in the area (especially Disney Springs) I would not recommend this Double Tree. I come to Orlando area about once a month and mostly stay at Hilton Properties but this one just missed the mark.
