Not just the best Toyota experience we have ever had, but the best dealership experience we have ever had; period. My husband and I sold our home in Spokane, WA and moved to Hickory, NC just over a week ago. We came to Mike Johnson to have our other set of tires mounted and balanced and that was all. We were being helped by Cody K regarding our tires. Prior to arriving in Hickory, our 2010 Prius had been losing power at very slow speeds in addition to a knocking sound periodically. Cody listened thoroughly to my husband while he explained the issue with the Prius and then allowed my husband to speak to one of their Master mechanics about the issue as well. Please keep in mind that five other Toyota dealerships refused to even listen to our issue with the car because the Prius was not throwing any error codes. So after our tires were installed and their Master Mechanic listened to my husband explain the issue with our Prius, they were able to physically diagnose our Prius issues and resolve the problem. We were treated amazing!! Unfortunately, this review tops out at five stars and I would certainly give them 10 if it were possible. At previous Toyota dealerships, we begged to have someone just listen to our story about our car because we knew there had to be a simple resolution. As it turned out, the resolution was quite simple; Mike Johnson Toyota!! When I need another vehicle, I will no doubt be buying it here and will not even bother looking elsewhere. So, just to make this very clear for any future customers who might be considering Mike Johnson Toyota, this is the best service I have ever received in my entire life!!
