The Valet service is the most unprofessional service I have ever recieved in my life. I frequently have to visit upscale hotels and venues every weekend for work and have used valet services hundreds of times. The valet staff refused to charge onto a room I was visiting and after I manually paid and provided a reciept, my husband asked for the keys to get to our car already pulled up on the curb. We packed our car and the manager followed us and TOOK A PICTURE OF OUR LICENSE PLATE ON HIS PERSONAL CELL PHONE. My husband got our of the car and said for him to delete the image immediately! The valet manager said what are you going to do? Kick me? Or should I kick you? And walked away! This is completely unacceptable and blows my mind that something like this can even happen!
