I wana give a negative star rating. I've been pissing around with these guys for ages trying to get gas connected to my house.
The customer care staff don't know what they're talking about hence its taken so long, I haven't been called back when I've asked for 1,i wasn't rung back when I was told I would be, and I've had to wait longer because Noone sent my completed form to the right place on the right day.
Also I have solar panels with them and my power bill is the same as before I had them...
Really piss poor and I just Wana leave and go back to my previous supplier.
