I have received a letter at my address but the person who it is addressed to does not live here so I've not opened it. Never heard of the person it's addressed to. I found your information from the return address on the back of the envelope. I can't find a number to ring on your website, only the automated payment line and there's no e-mail address either. What should i do to the letter? Should i return to sender? Just don't want bailiffs knocking at my door for something that isn't to do with me. Thanks in advance.
