We just put our deposit down on a total roof replacement after meeting with Bob Thomas and couldn t be more excited!

After a bad experience with a general contractor a couple years ago I was really cautious and anxious about finding a quality company to do our roof. I did my homework this time, researched a ton of local roofing companies, contacted 6 and received estimates from 5. Bob was amazing! He met with us twice, went over every detailed, and listened to all my concerns and questions with an unending patience. Pinnacle roofing does a complete roofing assessment (unlike some other roofers I had to practically drag up to see our attic). Bob looked on top of and underneath every part of our roof. He took in to account things like ventilation that other roofing companies did not even consider. I also appreciate their competence in working with older homes. The roof of our 1927 house is fairly complex with multiple different peaks, a dormer, and a history of additions. The cost of the quote we received from Pinnacle was right in the middle (there were 2 cheaper ones and 2 more expensive). The peace of mind we get knowing we are working with an honest, fair, professional, and top quality roofer is wonderful.
