Advanced DJ course (4x2 hour sessions) with Gabriel.

Gabriel was fantastic (give that guy a raise!). He was quick to assess the stuff I knew, gave me a few curve balls to check I wasn t bullshitting him, and threw in lots of little advanced tips as he sanity checked me against the beginner- and intermediate-check lists. The techniques he taught me for beat matching on vinyl turned something which was completely mystifying to me to something I could start getting on top of (and has really refined my CDJ beat matching where previously was very reliant on BPM counters). He also knew when to hang back and let me get on with figuring some stuff out rather than hovering over me which is a really important skill as a tutor.

Was bought the course as a birthday from my family who wanted to get me a "DJ thing" (and apparently a brand new DJM-900NXS2 was a little too expensive for them) and honestly was skeptical about what I'd get from it, but having done it I can't recommend this course highly enough.
