Current resident in the new barn apartments, I ve already called a few times about the ground and maintenance. It s been 3 weeks still no improvement. Grass isn t cut consistently, hedges are not trimmed and trash all over the property. I was told by the office they are doing a landscape project so the grass can t be cut and maintained in the mean time? Rent is too high to not be able to do regular property cleaning and taking care of the grounds! The place looks trashy and the management company should be embarrassed. Also they used to power wash all floors every quarter when they would come and check the alarms and change the air filter, that all stopped too with new management. I have not had it done since early this year. What s next? Pictures so everyone can see what a terrible company this is? Contact the news?
