Tehina was the last person who handled my case before it was transfer to a new specialist. Tehina works in good faith and due-diligent. She listen, understand, and handled my case professionally. She express a coherent and a positive assertiveness about the details in my case, as she is always--representing the best for the company. She was also kind, and went the extra mile. I called a few times and even had a moment of despair over the phone. She was patience to hear my concerned feedback; she spoke direct, clear and calm about what will be the next appropriate step to solve this matter. I writing my gratitude about Tehina's ambition with her clients and the Wilber group toward great success. When I felt like giving up due to the debt in my case, she shown me "the light at the end of the tunnel." She explained my options while remaining a positive demeanor. She inspired me to continue to be responsible in my future endeavors, rather it is pro or con. I will take the next step forward until everything is properly completed. Thank you Tehina.
