Horrible experience since purchasing the vehicle. I had to go back numerous times to get things in less than a 2 weeks period.

At one incident I felt like I was interrogated for a lose cap in the bottle of oil that spilled in the cargo area of my vehicle. When they found out how easy of a mess it was to clean they accepted to clean it.

They also forgot to deliver my vehicle with an accessory that should have came with the vehicle. Who knows what else am I missing from this vehicle. Am I suppose to inform them of all the missing items?

Finally, I'm fed up with their response as to why my back seat has two white baby seat attachment prong that is in plain sight of the back seat. Only one side of the back seat is sticking out and that's what is bothering me. They went ahead and stated that it is like that with all their X5 models. By the way, these prongs are not seen in my friends vehicles. I don't care if they show me pictures of other models having it inconsistently. It's an imperfection that is on my brand new vehicle. If I had seen this earlier I would not have accepted the delivery of the vehicle.

As a brand for luxury vehicles, I would have expected much better service than what I have received. They wouldn't even compensate me for anything or included any gifts for my loyalty.

Choose your salesperson wisely.
