My family has stayed here twice. Don't be fooled by the lower price (as compared to Portofino or Hard Rock), this place is top notch. We recently took a pit stop here after coming back from Jamaica from a very expensive Sandals resort. Royal Pacific crushed them by comparison we were so glad to be back in the States. Everything is new/modern, and the service is excellent. Did a breakfast in bed one morning and had it scheduled to arrive between 0730 and 0800. The food was at the room at 0730 sharp and hot! Just can't say enough about this place.
