Shame of this agency that is supposed to protect public health. FDOH lost my COVID collection sample and never transferred them to the diagnostic company because the diagnostic company never received it.

Also - confirmed cases of people who CANCELLED appointments being diagnosed as positive......

In the coming weeks and month, we will see the true corruption and mishandling and how the FDOH allows this pandemic to get even worse.

Ron Desantis should fire all the upper management and director of this corrupt organization that is only putting the public in greater risk.
