Most horrible experience with this Toyota service....

Most horrible experience with this Toyota service. Had schedule for an oil change at 2:00pm waited till 6pm in the waiting room. I never had to wait that long for a simple oil change. What the point of making a appointment if I m going to wait this long to get the service done. Will never go back again they will lose my business.
