Just had our roof replaced by powerhouse. The entire experience was very pleasant, from the sales guy who came over and explained everything in detail; pre inspection was done and explained the detail on the day of work. They gave a lifetime warranty on the roof and the labor, meaning that if anything happens to the roof, they come and fix it at no charge. This is also transferable, which is great if we ever decide to sell. The installers were right on time and went over each and every point and help me understand the installation. The crew also helped me fix a broken soffit.
The only downside is that it is pricier than a traditional roofer. But, hey lifetime warranty!. Also there were so many managers which made be little confused and would have appreciated the presence of a project manager at the end of the work
